• Pricing may vary depending on factors such as vehicle size, transport distance, and specific requirements.
• Additional fees may apply for changes in service scope, expedited requests, or unforeseen circumstances.

• A booking is confirmed once the customer agrees to the quote and provides the required deposit or full payment.
• Payment must be made via the methods specified on our website or in communications with our representatives.
• Failure to pay within the specified timeline may result in service delays or cancellations.

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email to Sales@thefreightship.com or by calling 937-910-7780.
• Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation relative to the scheduled service date.

• Ensure the vehicle is prepared for transport, including removing personal belongings and ensuring it is operational (unless otherwise agreed).
• Provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses and contact information.
• Be available or provide an authorized representative for vehicle pickup and delivery.

• Freightship Logistics and its carriers provide insurance coverage for damages incurred during transport.
• Pre-existing damages, personal belongings, or mechanical issues are not covered.
• Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Freightship Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or other events beyond our control.
